75 HARD RESULTS 😌 Here’s my cheat code to make 75 HARD doable & less overwhelming: — Followed all the rules ofc Workout Plan: • 1 — 45 min walk (OUTSIDE) • 2 — 45 min gym (M-F) & 45 min walk (S-S) Diet: • cut out all sweets: Oreos, Chocolate, Icecream, etc • no fast foods, unless healthy • prioritizing protein & whole foods while in a slight calorie deficit • no alcohol obviously Water intake – 1 gallon/day: • 8–10 oz right when I wake up • ~40 oz from wake-up (8–9 AM) to 1 PM • ~40 oz from 1 P
