Collotype and photo-lithography with Kyoto Benrido 百年珂羅版印刷老店“京都便利堂” Collotype珂羅版 是由Alphonse Poitevin於1856年發明的，原理是利用照相工藝感光製版，一般的說法是現代平版印刷的前身，也是利用油水相斥的印刷原理。其細微的印紋構成圖像，產生極高的解相度，在台灣許多日治時期老明信片是珂羅版印製的。 版材使用由明膠或其他膠體構成的基材，塗佈玻璃或金屬板並硬化而製成。用厚重的重鉻酸鹽明膠塗佈，並在受控溫度（稍高於50攝氏度）下小心地乾燥，以便在約16℃的水中洗滌後，“網狀”或分解成細粒狀圖案。然後將板在使用紫外線曝光，這改變了明膠後吸收水的能力（UV）源。通過小心地洗滌重鉻酸鹽並在溫風的情況下乾燥，研磨該板。將板放置在陰涼乾燥處，固化24小時，然後再使用它進行印刷。 由於它能夠再現照片精細的細節，有別於傳統製版網點，影片可以一見非常少見的珂羅版印藝原理，這是現在非常稀有的技術，準備放大鏡來看看手邊的老紙品吧，看看是不是珂羅版印製?! 更多資訊可以看看這裡 http://bit.ly/what-is-
